Terms of Service

1. The service

RestoQR provides software for restaurants to take QR orders and manage service (TableOS, StaffOS, KitchenOS, OwnerOS) and a platform console. We provide the software; the restaurant is responsible for the food, service, pricing and payment collection.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

Restaurants subscribe to modules on an annual basis (billed for 10 months, 2 months free, or a negotiated price). Access can be suspended or ended for non-payment or misuse. Payment shown in-app is a mock/UPI flow; the actual commercial terms are agreed with RestoQR.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the platform, and don’t use it to process data you have no right to. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.

4. Guest data

Guests provide a name and a verified phone number to order. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, RestoQR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be posted here.
